Why this page exists
Plenty of businesses have values pages. Most of them are vague on purpose, because vague is safe. We’d rather be clear. Our beliefs shape how we price, how we build and how we treat people, so you deserve to know what those beliefs actually are before you trust us with your money or your data.
So this is on the record, in public, where you can point back to it if we ever fail to live up to it.
What we believe
We hold to the historic Christian faith as it has been confessed by the church across centuries and cultures. In short:
God
There is one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who made everything that exists, including us, and who is good, just and personal. The world is not an accident, and neither are you.
Scripture
The Bible is God’s word: trustworthy, and the final authority for what we believe and how we live. It is where we go to be corrected, not just confirmed.
People
Every single human being is made in the image of God and carries real, inherent dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, ability, wealth or what they think of us. That conviction is the whole reason a customer is never just a transaction here.
We also believe every one of us has gone our own way and fallen short. That includes the person writing this page. Christianity doesn’t start with good people being told they’re fine; it starts with honest people admitting they’re not.
Jesus
Jesus Christ is God the Son, who became one of us, lived the life we haven’t, died in our place, and rose bodily from the dead. His death dealt with our guilt and his resurrection is the promise that death doesn’t get the last word.
Grace
This is the heart of it: rescue is a gift, not a wage. It is received by trusting Jesus, not earned by being impressive, religious, or good enough first.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
Ephesians 2:8–9
Hope
We believe Jesus will return, that everything broken will be put right, and that the work done honestly in the meantime genuinely matters. That’s why we care about getting small things right, like a clean checkout screen, a fair invoice or a bug fixed properly, even when nobody is watching.
Everyone is welcome here
Let’s be direct about this, because it matters more than anything else on this page.
You do not have to share our beliefs to use our products, work with us, or be treated well by us. Not a little. Not at all. Whatever you believe, whoever you are, wherever you’ve come from, you are welcome here, and you will get the same care, the same pricing and the same honesty as anyone else.
Our faith is the reason we serve people generously. It is never a filter on who gets served. The same Jesus we follow spent his time with the people everyone else had written off, and he was known for a wide open table. Anything narrower than that wouldn’t be Christian.
We won’t use our products, our support channels or our marketing to pressure anyone about faith. If you ever want to talk about it, we’d genuinely love to. If you never do, that changes nothing about how we treat you.
How this shapes the way we do business
Belief that never reaches the invoice is just branding. Here is what ours commits us to.
“The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favour with him.”
Proverbs 11:1
- Fair, honest pricing. We price our work to be genuinely worth what it costs you, not for the maximum a market will tolerate. No bait pricing, no surprise fees at the end, and no “contact us for a quote” games designed to hide the number.
- We say what’s true about our products. No invented customer counts, no fake testimonials, no imaginary release dates, no features described in the present tense that don’t exist yet. If something is in development, we’ll say it’s in development.
- Real craftsmanship. We build things properly, because doing careful work is part of doing honest work. Shipping something we know is broken and hoping you won’t notice isn’t a business strategy we’re willing to use.
- Your data is yours. We collect what a product genuinely needs to function and no more. We don’t sell it, we don’t quietly monetise it, and we don’t build products that depend on doing either.
- We keep our word. If we promise a fix, a refund, a timeline or a price, we honour it, including when honouring it costs us. When we get something wrong, we say so plainly, fix it, and don’t hide behind support scripts.
- Dignity in every interaction. Support is a person talking to a person. You will not be treated as a ticket number, a churn statistic or a mark.
- Generosity by design. We want our pricing to work for small operators and people starting out, not just for whoever can pay the most. Where we can leave room for that, we will.
Where we’ll fall short
We will. That isn’t a disclaimer to get ahead of criticism. It’s the same honesty the rest of this page is built on. The gospel we believe makes room for people who get it wrong. It doesn’t excuse them, it forgives them and then asks them to make it right.
So if Reignwell ever falls short of what’s written here, whether in the pricing, the honesty or the way you were treated, tell us. We’d rather be corrected than comfortable.
Hold us to it
This statement isn’t decoration. It’s the standard we’ve chosen to be measured against, and it applies to every product we ship and every person we deal with.
If we’ve missed the mark, or you just want to talk, we’re easy to reach.
