Reignwell Formation
Build a form, put it on your website, and the answers come back to you with the totals already worked out, the right people told, and a PDF for the file. No spreadsheet to maintain and no adding up by hand at the end of the day.
What you can ask
Short and long answers, numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, dropdown lists, choose one, choose several and single tick boxes.
Addresses with a suburb type-ahead, dates and times, grids of choices, file uploads, a signature drawn on the screen, and appointment booking.
A field can be a sum instead of a question. Multiply guests by a price per head. Take ten per cent off above a hundred people. The customer watches the total change while they fill it in.
Show or hide a question based on an earlier answer, make one compulsory, or skip a whole page. A question nobody could see is never asked for and never counts towards a total.
A picture-and-letters check, and fields that send a code to an email address or a mobile before the answer counts.
Offer appointments straight from a form, with rules for how long they take, how much notice you need, how far ahead the diary is open and how many you will take in a day.
After it arrives
Email or text alerts when a response comes in, with rules so only the ones that matter get sent, plus an acknowledgement to the person who filled it in with the PDF attached.
Route a response through the people who have to approve it, one step at a time. Each of them gets a link they can act on without needing an account.
Write a note on a response for your team and it never leaves. Not in an export, not in the printed copy, not in anything sent to the person who filled the form in.
CSV, Excel and PDF, one response at a time or all of them. Exports can run on a schedule and email themselves to whoever needs them.
Everything sent goes through a queue. A mail server having trouble delays the message. It never slows the form down and it never loses the answer.
Every form is versioned, so a two-year-old response is still read against the questions it was actually asked. Editing a form keeps the previous version rather than replacing it.
Reignwell Formation is in development and not on sale yet. It is running on our server, and it is thoroughly tested, but there is no public sign-up and no price.
Two things worth saying plainly:
The enquiry form, the booking form, the one somebody retypes into a spreadsheet every Monday. Email us and we will build it and show you what comes back.
